In October 2025, TrueView Landscaping partnered with the Town of Somerset in Chevy Chase, Maryland, to complete the Town’s Safe Sidewalks Day initiative. The scope of work included clearing overgrown vegetation from public sidewalks and rights-of-way throughout the Town to restore safe pedestrian access and visibility.
Our crew trimmed and removed vegetation to meet the Town’s safety standards of 48 inches in width and 80 inches in height, in accordance with Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines and Town Code. The work also involved removing growth around street signs and intersections to improve sightlines and ensure compliance with accessibility regulations.
